Happy Birthday to Me...again!

Granny got me this cool new tricyle as a belated birthday present. From the smile on my face, you can tell that I really like it a lot. Uncle Nicky is great at pushing me around right now, but I'm sure I'll be zipping around on my own in no time. Wheeee!

TIGERS!

It was very hot, but I toughed it out long enough to see the Tigers of India on the last leg of our Exploreum visit. The poor tigers were hot too, but they gave a great show. Oddly enough, my favorite part of the whole thing was clapping with everyone after the tigers did their tricks. What can I say, I'm a simple man. All in all, it was a great day of family fun!

Wharf of Wonder

While at the Exploreum, I also enjoyed playing in the Wharf of Wonder (a big ball pit for ages 5 and under). I got to drive the boat, play in the "water", and have an all around great time!

More Frogs!

I gave the big frog a kiss and this little guy just about gave Mommy a heart attack because he was OUT of the cage!! One of the employees had him out and said that he won't jump unless you pick him up...which she promptly did. Mommy was out of there (but not before she took a quick picture)!

FROGS!

We recently made a visit to the Gulf Coast Exploreum to check out their Frogs! exhibit. It was pretty cool, but my Mommy really doesn't like frogs, so she was creeped out most of the time. Daddy and I got up close and personal with the amphibians while Mommy stood back and took a few pictures!

Uncle Nicky in the Pool

Uncle Nicky came over a couple of weeks ago with Granny, Great Granny and Great Grandpa to watch me play in the pool. We had a lot of fun and even saw an airplane while we were swimming!

Summer Fun!

I love playing in my new pool with the water hose! It's quite the upgrade from the "Redneck Classique" as we like to call it (i.e., the plastic storage bin that was my pool last summer). I have already learned how to make the water spray from the water hose. Mommy is my favorite target!

More Playing in the Sprinklers

Daddy decided to see what would happen if he turned on the sprinkler system in the backyard. This was the result! I had the time of my life running around and playing in the water. As you can see, we also revived the redneck swimmin' pool from last summer (aka, the under bed plastic storage container). I did get a nice blow-up pool for my bday, but it hasn't been blown up just yet. What fun!

Dolphin Cruise

Last night, Mommy went on a Dolphin Cruise with some of her friends from work. She took these cool pictures of the dolphins as they played in the waves behind the boat. It was really neat. If you are ever down in Orange Beach, the Dolphin Cruise from Bear Point Marina is worth the money. It was a great time!

A Day at the Beach with Cousin Hannah

On Monday, I went to the beach with my cousins Hannah and Shannon (Mommy went too). We played in the sand and the water. We had to be careful, though, because the purple flag was flying which meant that there was "dangerous marine life" in the area. There were jellyfish and nettles. We played at the water's edge until we actually saw a jellyfish getting washed ashore. Then it was time to hit the road! We had a nice lunch at Chick-Fil-A on the way home and even played a little a Hannah's Granny's house. I took an extra long nap after all of the fun!
